Dazeley sells his monochrome fineart images as archival, limited edition platinum prints. He works in close collaboration with the team at 31 Studio.
His platinum prints are produced by hand, and made with the original Platinotype method devised by William Willis in 1876. Platinum prints have a distinctively rich, luminous quality with great shadow detail and warmth.
31 Studio use Aquarel Aches, a French hand-made water colour paper, which is hand coated with the platinum emulsion, from Santa Fe, using a goathair brush. The prints are made from full size negatives and exposed by ultraviolet light.
Signed copies of Dazeley’s Book ‘21st Century Platinum’, are available @ £20 each, incl. postage and packing.
